Probe tips in solid Tungsten (Wolfram), available tip radius range 0.5 to 100 µm, all with 20 mil or 0.508 mm shank.

Tips are packaged in boxes of 5 or 10. If you need quantities, a bulk option, available in increments of a 100 units, results in significantly better pricing per unit.

We can supply you with special probe tips made to your specifications.
Please send in your drawing or specifications for your non standard probe tip and state quantities needed. We will respond with a quote. Miniumum order quantities apply on a per design basis.
