Probe holders for use with standard 20 mil or 0.508 mm probe tips. These are available with set screw or spring clamping in plain, coaxial, and triaxial versions.
Use tubular style holders for lowest possible leakage current.

Probe holders are supplied straight and can be adapted for most probe stations by bending them into an “L” shape, allowing you to control the reach for your application. Please contact us if you need something special.
